What My Bail Helper is
My Bail Helper is an independent advertising and information platform for the bail industry. We are not a bail bond agency, insurance producer, law firm, jail, court, or government agency. We do not post bonds, hold premium, negotiate with courts, or provide legal representation of any kind.

Nothing on this site — including guides, timelines, cost estimates, glossary entries, chat responses, or advertisements — is legal advice, and no attorney-client or agent-client relationship is created by using it. Bail law is state-specific and fact-specific. Consult a licensed attorney or a licensed bail agent in the relevant jurisdiction before making decisions.
Accuracy and use at your own risk
Premium caps, fees, jail addresses, phone numbers, booking procedures, and statutory rules change frequently and without notice. We compile this information in good faith across 43 commercial-bail states but make no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or currency. All information is provided "as is," as a guideline only. Always confirm details directly with the jail, the court, or a licensed agent before relying on them or sending money.
Cost estimates are illustrative arithmetic based on published state premium caps. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price or availability.
Advertisers are independent
Listings and sponsor spots are paid advertisements from independent third-party businesses. We do not employ, license, supervise, insure, endorse, or guarantee any advertiser, and inclusion is not a referral or recommendation. You are responsible for independently verifying any business's license, credentials, insurance, pricing, and terms before engaging them.
Advertiser terms
Paid placements only. Every ad slot on My Bail Helper is a paid advertisement. We do not accept free listings, barter, trades, or "featured partner" arrangements. Placement is scheduled in 30-second segments — no advertiser can purchase permanent top placement.
Reviewed businesses only. All advertisers are reviewed by My Bail Helper before an ad can go live. Bail bond agents require a manual license review; other categories are reviewed and approved on submission. We reserve the right to remove any ad at any time, without refund of the unused portion of the paid term.
Independence. Advertisers are independent third-party businesses. My Bail Helper does not employ, endorse, license, supervise, or guarantee the services, pricing, availability, legality, or conduct of any advertiser. Inclusion of an ad is not a referral, recommendation, or attorney/agent-client relationship. Consumers are responsible for independently verifying licensing, credentials, insurance, and terms before engaging any advertiser.
Content responsibility. Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their ad content, including compliance with state bail, legal advertising, towing, DV/shelter outreach, and consumer-protection rules in every state they target. Ads that are misleading, unlawful, or violate platform policy may be rejected or removed at our sole discretion without refund.
No legal advice. Nothing on My Bail Helper — including any advertisement — constitutes legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

By submitting payment for an ad slot, the advertiser agrees to these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Bail Helper and its owners, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for any loss, damage, missed deadline, denied bond, forfeiture, arrest, financial loss, or other harm arising from use of this site, reliance on its information, or any dealing with an advertiser. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Advertiser compliance responsibility
Advertisers are solely responsible for their own advertising compliance, including state bail advertising statutes, licensing disclosure requirements, attorney advertising rules, towing regulations, and consumer-protection law in every state they target. Our state rules pages are a convenience reference, not a compliance certification.
